Ann V. Devera, SHRM-SCP, PMQ, currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing & Executive Events at UKG, where leadership is provided to the Strategic Marketing Events team focusing on lead-generating events across the US and Canada. With extensive experience in event marketing and sponsorships, Ann previously held roles such as Director of Event Marketing and Sponsorships and Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing Engagements at Ultimate Software, alongside various senior-level positions at MB2 Dental and ADP. Ann began a career in operations, HR, and marketing at AMC Theatres. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Advertising from the University of Florida, a high school diploma from Escuela Campo Alegre in Caracas, Venezuela, and completion of the Essentials of ROI Methodology course at Villanova University.
