Volodymyr Bilovus is an experienced professional in software development and business leadership, currently serving as the CEO and co-owner of UKEESS Software House since January 2004. Previously, Volodymyr worked as a Senior Developer at SoftServe from June 2000 to June 2004, focusing on application development for databases and business solutions. Prior experience includes a role as a developer utilizing FoxPro and SQL at the Tax Administration of Lviv from May 1996 to May 2000. Volodymyr holds a degree from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (1990-1995) and further education from National University Lvivska Polytechnica (1997-1999).
