Gemma Adams currently serves as Portfolio Manager and Service Operations Manager at UK TOTE GROUP since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Betfred from June 2011 to June 2020 as Project Manager and Compliance Business Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed adherence to legislation, change control management, and audit management. Earlier positions also at Tote (now Betfred) included Compliance Analyst and Customer Care Advisor.
