Ashley Mahoney is an experienced electrical engineer with over two decades of expertise in the utility sector, currently serving as a Project Designer at UK Power Networks since November 2011. In this role, Ashley focuses on designing new and existing Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) connections in North West London, handling supplies ranging from 100A 70kVA to 11kV. Prior to this position, Ashley worked as a Senior Technical Assessor, designing small service connections for domestic and commercial customers. Ashley's career began at UK Power Networks as a Site Technician, where responsibilities included conducting site visits, assessing traffic management needs, and working closely with local authorities. Ashley holds a BTECH Level 3 Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bedford College.
