Maki Saso currently serves as Banking & Investment Manager at the UK Infrastructure Bank, having previously held the role of Banking & Investment Analyst. Prior experience includes working as an External Consultant for the OECD, where Maki co-authored publications on sustainable urban development finance in Southeast Asia and climate action resilience. Maki also completed an MSc in Urban Development Planning at The Bartlett Development Planning Unit, UCL. Prior to that, experience as an Associate Relationship Manager at BNP Paribas involved managing institutional relationships with prominent Japanese corporations. Maki's earlier roles include student internship with Results Japan, focusing on organizing events in collaboration with the UNRWA. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Global Political Economy from Waseda University, participation in an exchange program at Georgetown University, and a sustainability online course from the University of Cambridge.
