Catherine Leonard is an experienced media relations professional currently serving as Head of Media Relations at UK Infrastructure Bank since April 2023. Previously, Catherine was a Board Member at Urban Partners UK from July 2021 to April 2023 and held multiple roles at Eurostar, including Head of Media Relations and Media Relations Manager from September 2011 to April 2023. Catherine's career began at Blue Rubicon, where a position as Senior Consultant was held from August 2005 to August 2011. Catherine holds a PG Dip in Public and Media Relations from Cardiff University and a BA Hons in Modern Languages and European Studies from the University of Birmingham.
