Sushmita Pandit is an experienced banking professional currently serving as an AML Officer and Compliance Officer at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since March 2023. Prior to this, Sushmita held the position of Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank from November 2022 to March 2023. Sushmita's career also includes significant roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where Sushmita progressed from Associate to Assistant Manager from December 2018 to October 2022, and served as a Senior Officer at HDB Financial Services Ltd. from December 2016 to April 2018.
