Sangeetha Senthil Kumar has extensive experience in operational risk management within the banking sector. Currently serving as Lead Operational Risk at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since May 2019, Sangeetha has held various roles including Corporate Operational Risk Manager and Operational Risk Manager. Prior to this, Sangeetha worked at IndusInd Bank as Deputy Branch Manager from December 2016 to May 2019 and at HDFC Bank as Personal Banker Authoriser from October 2007 to November 2016.
