Amitkumar Pandey has extensive experience in collections management, currently serving as Regional Collections Manager West at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since May 2016, with previous roles including Area Collections Manager, Cluster Manager, and Team Lead Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Amitkumar worked as a Collection Officer at Ujjivan Financial Services Private Limited and as a Credit Collections Analyst at Springboard Financial Services.
