Marc Basman is the Director of IT Operations at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto since August 2015. Prior to this role, they worked as an IT Operations Manager and Technical Support Specialist. With experience at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and as the Founder & Director of iCompute Learning Centre Inc., Marc has a strong background in providing user support and managing technical training workshops. They hold diplomas in Computer Networking and Technical Support, as well as Digital Media Technical Production from Seneca Polytechnic.
