Iris Mizrahi has extensive experience in leadership roles within various Jewish organizations in the Miami area. Currently, Iris is the Operation and Development Director at EFRAT, where Iris is expanding the organization's presence in the US. Prior to this, Iris served as the Executive Director at Beth David Congregation, the Southeast Region Aliyah Services Manager at The Jewish Agency, and held roles at the Michael-Ann Russell Jewish Community Center and the University Student Division/World Zionist Organization. Iris holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University.
