Fabiola Rugeles Duarte has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as a docente universitaria at UIS since August 2005 and as a docente universitario at UNAB since January 2004. Fabiola holds a Master's degree in Education obtained from UNAB-Javeriana (1994-1996) and a Licenciatura en Idiomas from UIS (1982-1987). Additionally, Fabiola has pursued further education at Universidad Industrial de Santander, earning a Master's degree in Modelado, entornos virtuales y simulación.
