Tyler DeCapot is an experienced professional in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) with a robust background in welding and fabrication. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental, Health and Safety at Universal Industrial Sales since March 2022, Tyler previously held the position of EHS Manager at Verdesian Life Sciences. Tyler's earlier roles include Welding Instructor and Safety Coordinator at SME Steel Contractors, where education on welding best practices and EHS advisement were key responsibilities. A diverse experience includes leadership in maintenance and production at Kilgore Companies and welding and fabrication at D&L Supply. Tyler's military background includes training management and equipment operation with the U.S. Army and Army National Guard.
