Marcin Motel has extensive experience in sales leadership, currently serving as Sales Director for Poland at UiPath since July 2018, where responsibilities include introducing advanced Robotic Process Automation software. Previously, Marcin held the position of Regional Director for Eastern Europe at Qlik, leading sales teams and managing major accounts. Prior roles include Territory Manager at BMC Software, where managing sales for Digital Enterprise Transformation was key, and Information Management Brand Leader at IBM for Poland and the Baltics. Marcin's career also includes senior roles at Software AG, CA Technologies, Symantec, and EMC, demonstrating a strong background in sales strategy and team management across various technology sectors. Marcin holds a Mini MBA from Babson College and a Master’s degree in Economics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
