Raluca Negulescu-Balaci currently serves as the Executive Director at UiPath Foundation since September 2018 and has held the position of Board Member at the European Citizen Action Service since June 2022. Raluca has extensive experience in community organizing and advocacy, having served as the Executive Director at the Policy Center for Roma and Minorities from July 2009 to August 2018, and as Chair and Vice Chair of the Board for Fare Network Ltd between November 2015 and April 2019. Raluca is also a former Global Shaper with the Global Shapers Community and a participant in various leadership programs, including the Young Leaders Program at the Aspen Institute Romania. Raluca has received several awards for contributions to human rights and civic engagement and continues to enhance professional knowledge through advanced education in Social Innovation and Management at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
