Marie H. is an experienced user researcher currently working at Insights since January 2023. Prior to this role, Marie held the position of Senior UX Researcher at Voicemod for a brief period in late 2022 and served as Senior Design Researcher at Vodafone from December 2020 to October 2022. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Service Design & Innovation Researcher at Skills Development Scotland from August 2017 to December 2020, and as a Social Researcher at The Lennox Partnership in early 2017. Additionally, Marie worked as a Field Researcher at Toonspeak Young People's Theatre for several months in late 2016 and managed projects at the Prague International Advertising Festival from November 2014 to June 2015. Marie holds an MSc in Research & Strategy from the University of Glasgow and a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Charles University.
