Shahar Gat is a Mid-Senior UX Consultant at UI - Human Factors Ltd. since March 2022, responsible for designing user experiences for complex systems across various industries, conducting research, and performing usability testing and data analysis. Prior experience includes serving as a UX Expert and Researcher at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from October 2019 to November 2021, where research development and experimental design were key responsibilities. Shahar also managed a medical course in the Access for All program at אוניב×Øהיטה בעם between October 2017 and August 2019 and worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Haifa from March 2017 to March 2019, focusing on cognitive development research. Shahar holds a Master of Science in Human-Factors Engineering and Cognitive Psychology from Technion and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Music from the University of Haifa.
