Liad Aviram is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in designing user experiences for complex systems across various industries, including fast-paced startups and large enterprises. Currently serving as the UX Team Lead at UI - Human Factors Ltd. since May 2021, Liad has held multiple roles that encompass UX design, research, and usability testing. Previous positions include Chatbot Expert at Virtual Spirits and application support guidance at CET. Liad's background is further strengthened by participation in an Instruction in Leadership Program at Ness Digital Engineering, and leadership experience as a Branch Manager with the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel. Liad holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering focusing on Human Factors from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
