Katerina Blakhova

Customer Support Manager at UI Bakery

Katerina Blakhova has over 8 years of work experience. Katerina started their career in 2013 as a Service Desk Technician at EPAM Systems, where they had 3 years of Service Desk communication experience, worked as Project Coordinator of several projects, and actively participated in Service Desk Workflow Design and Knowledge Management. In 2016, they moved to Atlaz as a Customer Support Representative. The following year, they joined RedTrack.io as a Customer Success Manager. In 2018, Katerina worked for three different companies: UXPressia as a Customer Success Manager, Profitero as a Senior Support Engineer, and Knomary as a Customer Support Team Lead. Currently, Katerina is employed by both UI Bakery as a Customer Support Manager and iTechArt Group as a Client Success Manager.

Katerina Blakhova obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Belarusian State University between 2009 and 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Technical Support Fundamentals from Coursera in January 2021.
