Noel Rosales has extensive work experience in the field of technology and support services. Noel started their career as a Facilities Assistant at UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants in 2006. From there, they worked their way up through various roles such as IT Specialist I, IT Specialist II - Team Lead, IT Service Desk Manager, IT Manager - Support Services, and Director of Technology - Support Services. In these positions, Noel was responsible for managing service desk operations, overseeing inventory and software deployments, coordinating IT services for new firm acquisitions, and leading and coaching staff. In their most recent role as Director of Technology - Client Solutions at UHY LLP, they oversee practice applications, workstation services, scripting and automation, asset management, and remote services, among others. Prior to joining UHY LLP, Noel worked as a Mail Clerk at Fort Bend County.

Noel Rosales attended Needville High School from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Noel then pursued their Associate of Arts (AA) in General Studies at Wharton County Junior College from 1999 to 2002. Noel later enrolled in the University of Houston from 2003 to 2004, earning a Bachelor's Degree in History. In 2005 and 2006, they studied Secondary Education and Teaching at the University of Houston-Victoria.
