Paul D'Amore is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Director of Education at UHS since July 2014. In this role, Paul oversees the operations, staffing, and curriculum of LifeWorks programs while ensuring accreditation and performance improvement. Previously, Paul held positions as Director of Student Services at UHS and Assistant Director at Immaculata University, where responsibilities included administrative support, instructional development, and teaching various English courses. Additionally, Paul serves as a Lead Evaluator for Cognia, conducting accreditation reviews, and has experience as an external review team member for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership Policy from Texas Tech University, alongside multiple master's degrees in Educational Leadership and Secondary Education, and a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Kutztown University.
