Ann Graziano is an accomplished compensation consultant with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Compensation at Universal Health Services since December 2005, Ann has a solid background that includes roles as Team Leader - Compensation at Granatt HR and Regional Compensation Manager at Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Ann began a career in compensation as a Compensation Technical Consultant at Mercer Human Resource Consulting and initially worked as a Personnel Assistant at the U.S. Public Health Service.
