Jonathan Hinshaw is an accomplished sales and business leader with over 13 years of agency experience. Currently serving as Sales Director at UGURUS since January 2024, Jonathan manages a multi-national sales team and collaborates with the marketing department on initiatives, while also conducting sales training and mentoring workshops for the UGURUS community. As the Business Owner of Revenue Love since September 2018, Jonathan focuses on empowering business owners through targeted sales training, workshops, and public speaking. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Director of Variable Operations at Elway Powersports from June 2019 to May 2023, overseeing multiple powersports dealerships and leading staff training and process optimization. Earlier, as Founder and CEO of EBWAY Creative Solutions, Inc., Jonathan established a digital marketing and eCommerce agency. Jonathan's educational background includes studying at Charis Bible College from 2010 to 2013.
