Kirpal Saini is an experienced human resources leader with a demonstrated history of success in various HR roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Human Resources at UGM Surfaces since August 2017, Kirpal has managed financial planning and budgeting processes, achieving a notable 5% increase in gross margin on sales. Previous experience includes HR Manager at Cardinal Intellectual Property and Human Resources Manager at Ecentria, where responsibilities spanned full cycle recruiting and benefit administration. Additionally, Kirpal served as a Human Resource Specialist in the US Army, where significant HR operations and leadership skills were developed. Kirpal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University and an Associate degree in Business Administration from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
