Gil Utard is a Maître de Conférences at Université de Picardie Jules Verne (UPJV) since 1998, responsible for the Master Informatique ISRI program. Additionally, Gil serves on the Scientific Board for Ugloo and was the PDG of UbiStorage from February 2006 to February 2014. Previous positions include CR1 (Détachement) at Inria (2001-2003) and ATER roles at École Normale Supérieure de Cachan (1997-1998) and ENS Lyon (1995-1996). Gil's educational background includes a PhD in Informatique from École normale supérieure de Lyon (1991-1995) and participation in the Challenge + program at HEC Paris in 2005.
