Rachel Niringiye is a legal professional with extensive experience in registration, compliance, and legal advising. Currently serving as a Senior Registration and Compliance Officer at Uganda Registration Services Bureau since January 2019, Rachel previously held the role of Partner at KAZIBWE-NAKATO & CO'ADVOCATES, where expertise as a legal practitioner and data protection consultant was demonstrated. Prior experience includes acting as a legal advisor and researcher on herbal medicine and pharmaceuticals at Natural Heritage Uganda Limited, as well as serving as an Advocate at Aegis Advocates. Rachel holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Center, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Law from East African School of Taxation.
