Alma S. has extensive experience in education and program management, currently serving as the Systemic Change Coordinator at UFW Foundation since February 2021. Previously, Alma S. worked as an Independent Contractor for United Farm Workers and held various roles at Valdosta State University, including Instructor for a college success course and CAMP Director, where responsibilities included managing a significant budget, ensuring grant compliance, and supervising staff. Alma S. also served as CAMP Associate Director at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, focusing on student services, academic advising, and program administration. Earlier experience includes roles in the Goizueta Hispanic/Latino Scholarship Program and as a Migrant Education Program Consortium Specialist, alongside technical expertise as a Webmaster. Alma S. holds a Master's in Education in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University and has degrees from both Georgia Southern University and Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.
