Aaron Penzkover's work experience includes various roles in the IT field.

From July 2021 to the present, they have been working as an Infrastructure Support Technician II at UFS LLC.

From January 2021 to July 2021, Aaron worked as a Desktop Support Technician at We Energies. In this role, they upgraded Desktop and Laptop computers to Windows 10 at multiple office locations. Aaron also performed asset tracking and inventory upgrades when necessary.

From December 2019 to October 2020, Aaron worked as a Linux System Administrator at FedEx Ground. Aaron assisted with creating automation for patching and enhanced troubleshooting. Aaron also developed skills working with Jenkins and Ansible and deployed custom syslog filters to all syslog servers.

From November 2019 to January 2020, Aaron worked as a Technology CSA at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. Aaron set up IT infrastructure for seasonal tax preparation kiosks, re-imaged computer hardware with updated tax preparation software, and installed office equipment.

From September 2014 to August 2019, Aaron held multiple roles at Kohl's Department Stores. As an Associate Systems Engineer, they focused on capacity planning for the datacenters, working with ESXi hypervisor and Nutanix and Cisco UCS hardware. Aaron also worked directly with vendors for capacity requirements and implementation. Aaron also worked as an Information Technology Support Specialist and an IS Technical Support Specialist during this time.

In September 2010, Aaron started working as an IS Technical Support Technician - Consultant at Kohl's Department Stores before transitioning to other roles within the company.

Aaron Penzkover completed a Diploma in the Computer Support Technician program at Kaplan College from 2009 to 2010, specializing in Information Technology. In 1997-1999, they obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University. Aaron later pursued a VCP (vMware Certified Professional Foundations) certification at Milwaukee Area Technical College in 2016. Additionally, they have earned several certifications including "Learning Bash Scripting," "Using Python for Automation," "Linux: Overview and Installation," and "ITIL Foundation Level" from various institutions such as LinkedIn and Loyalist Exam Services. The most recent certification was obtained in January 2020.
