Nikoletta Ventoura is a Senior Product Researcher at Ufonia since November 2022, specializing in the design and evaluation of the AI clinical assistant, Dora. Prior experience includes a Computational Linguist Intern role at Google, focusing on content detection classifiers, and a Research Assistant position at Trinity College Dublin, where transcriptions of conversations were corrected and annotated. At the Athena Research and Innovation Center, Ventoura worked as a Research Associate and Computational Linguist, contributing to the development of a Greek-speaking conversational agent for COVID-19, as well as engaging in multilingual semantic search projects. Ventoura's background includes community management at MeXOXO and education in Speech and Language Processing from Trinity College Dublin and Philology/Linguistics from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
