Celeste Riexinger

Business System Analyst at UFirst Credit Union

Celeste Riexinger has extensive work experience in various industries. Celeste currently works as a Business System Analyst at University Credit Union since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at OneBridge Benefits as a QA Analyst from January 2017 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for functional testing, building testing strategies, and validating SQL for data integrity.

Before that, Celeste worked at various restaurants as a Pastry Chef from May 2012 to January 2017. Celeste led pastry and pantry stations, trained and mentored new line cooks, and supported other stations in meal preparation. Celeste also has experience as an Office Manager at Post Smokes from August 2007 to June 2011, where they managed a call center, coordinated with the warehouse manager, and resolved customer calls and complaints.

Celeste started their career at HSBC in January 2001 as a Premier Customer Service Coordinator. Celeste served as a team lead for a customer service representative team and supervised training for a larger team in India. Celeste was recognized as the Customer Service Representative of the Year for 2003 and 2004.

Celeste Riexinger obtained their Associate of Science degree in Culinary Science/Culinology from Erie Community College between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended New York University from 1997 to 1999, although the specific degree they pursued is not mentioned.
