Zach Schladetzky has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, they started as a Digital Media Researcher at The Whetstone Group, where they developed competitor analyses and implemented social media accounts. Zach then worked as a Social Media Manager (Freelance) at Cheba Hut from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Product Copywriter at Nordstrom.com, followed by a freelance role as a Content Writer at Converge Consulting in 2016.
In 2014, Zach worked as a Social Media/PR Freelancer for the film "Up On The Wooftop," produced by Backrow Studios. Zach joined TelePharm, a Cardinal Health company, as a Marketing Communications Coordinator in 2016, where they launched an inbound marketing program, created content marketing strategies, and managed social media marketing campaigns.
Moving forward, Zach became a Social Media Specialist at TaxAct in 2017, focusing on social media initiatives. In 2019, they worked as a Copywriter (Freelance) at Direct Impulse Design and Dyno Seasonal Solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Digital Marketing Manager at UFG Insurance, where they lead digital marketing communications projects and manages agency relationships.
Zach Schladetzky obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and the University of Iowa. Zach attended these institutions from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Zach has also obtained several certifications. Zach received an Email Marketing Certification from HubSpot in April 2017, an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in April 2016, and Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in November 2022.
