Mary Ann Petsche has held various roles within different companies over the course of their career. Mary Ann began working at Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI in 1995 as a Project Runaway Program Coordinator, where they recruited, trained, and supervised volunteers for a teen crisis line. Mary Ann then worked at Crystal Group from 1996 to 2003, first as a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative, and later as an Account Manager. In these roles, they managed relationships with high-profile clients and handled customer-initiated projects. From 2003 to 2011, Petsche worked at Gold Canyon Candle as a Gold Manager, marketing and distributing candles and accessories through a home-based business. Mary Ann also recruited and trained a sales team. Petsche then joined Petsche Constructions, Inc. in 2005 as an Accounting Administrator and Office Manager, overseeing financial areas of the business and managing all required documentation. In 2009, they transitioned to Pearson plc, where they initially served as a Senior Project Manager and later as a Program Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for program management, quality management, and driving process improvements. Petsche joined Transamerica in 2015 as a Project Manager, and most recently, they have been working at UFG Insurance since 2019 as a Project Manager II.
Mary Ann Petsche graduated from Coe College in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, majoring in Business Administration and Psychology. Mary Ann then pursued further education at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Mary Ann Petsche also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification in July 2020 from the Scrum Alliance and Agile institution.
