John has more than 25 years of experience working in the real estate investment banking industry where he has developed a wildly successful track record of success growing organizations. He is an asset professional who is known to play a pivotal role in expanding business channels, quickly increasing revenue, and taking companies to new heights.

John holds deep experience in all facets of banking ranging from operations, capital markets, servicing, warehouse lines, technology, and more. He has successfully operated business capacities at large banks and mega lenders, as well as smaller de novo operations.

Some highlights of John’s career include managing a $50 billion hedge fund wholesale platform, building a billion-dollar wholesale lending business that was acquired by a private east coast hedge fund, personally closing $11 billion in new business over the course of his career to date and winning numerous awards to name a few.

Currently, John is the principal of UFF West Corp., which he established and launched in 2013. Notable is that John has been named to the prestigious “Chairman’s Award of Excellence” four times and a President’s Club Member seven times. He has numerous trade publication articles written about his business success. John is an active member of many Banking, Investments, and real estate groups where he regularly attends conferences on industry issues and trends. He serves as an expert resource and is sought after in the media on financial topics. John majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Arizona State University.
