Guilherme Mibielli is a dedicated academic and industry professional with significant experience in food engineering and biotechnology. Currently serving as a Professor at UFFS - Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul since April 2012, Guilherme has previously held various managerial and specialist roles at BRF from January 2000 to April 2012. Guilherme's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Food Engineering and Biotechnology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, obtained between 1998 and 2000, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande, earned from 1993 to 1997. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Food Engineering at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina since 2015, Guilherme combines practical experience with advanced academic pursuits in the field.
