Nathalia P. works as Gerente de Captación, Desarrollo y Cambio at Servicio Pan Americano de Protección and as Coach y Consultor at UFacilitate in Latinoamérica y El Caribe. With a background in Human Resources and Coaching, Nathalia has extensive experience in designing and implementing learning experiences and organizational development strategies. Nathalia has also worked as a Profesor universitario at CIAP UCAB and in various HR roles in different industries. Nathalia holds a Magister en RRHH y RRII from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and has completed multiple certifications in Programación Neurolingüística and Coaching.
