Manuel Mayayo currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Financiera ueno S.A.E.C.A. and as a UX Professor at the University of Buenos Aires. With a background in UX research, design management, and teaching, Manuel has worked in various roles at companies such as PedidosYa, DIRECTV Latin America, Avature, and Mana Desarrollos. Manuel holds a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Buenos Aires and has a strong academic background in technology, design, and communication from Universidad Maim贸nides. Additionally, Manuel has spoken at conferences on design education, showcasing their expertise and passion for UX design.
