Andrea Laarakkers is a Research Ethics Coordinator at Unity Health Toronto since August 2019, where responsibilities include assisting the Research Ethics Team with protocol intake, continuing reviews, correspondence drafting, and database management. Prior to this role, Andrea served as a Research Projects Assistant at St. Michael's Hospital from January 2018 to August 2019. Additional work experience includes positions as a Sales Associate at Wine Rack and a Store Clerk & Hostess at Sens House Sports Bar & Grill. Andrea's educational background includes an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Clinical Research from Seneca Polytechnic and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa.
