Sergey Taran has a long and varied work experience in software engineering. Sergey started as a Senior C++ Programmer at IOX Ukraine in 2006, then moved to System Programmer at Cupid plc in 2011. From 2013-2014, they worked as a System Programmer at Noosphere Ventures, then as a Python Developer at T3Leads in 2014. In 2015, they became a Python Developer at HealthJoy, and in 2017 they were a Software Engineer at 650 Health. From 2018-2021, they worked as a Python Engineer at UENI Ltd and a Developer at EndurantDevs. In 2021, they moved to Rocket as a Python Engineer.

Sergey Taran studied Computer Science at Dnipropetrovsk State Technical University of Railway Transport from 2001 to 2006, earning a specialist degree. Sergey also attended Saksagansky natural sciences lyceum, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science.
