Juliana Werneck Schafstein has had a varied work experience since 2008. Juliana began their career as a Travel Money Adviser at Fitta Câmbio, where they were responsible for dealing directly with customers and exchanging foreign currency. In 2009, they worked as Quick Service at Walt Disney World, where they served guests and dealt with their requests, queries and complaints. In 2010, they became a Junior Finance Analyst at Banco Itaú. In 2018, they worked as a Web Researcher at Destino Viajante. Currently, they are a Junior Content Manager at UENI Ltd, where they are responsible for overseeing a team of 30 people and ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively towards the goals and objectives of the organization. Juliana also holds the roles of Country Manager & Onboarding Specialist and Content Specialist.

Juliana Werneck Schafstein attended the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte between 2008 and 2013, where they earned a Bacharelado in Ciências Econômicas.
