Noor Fara Hanim is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for Healthcare Solutions at UEM Edgenta Berhad since August 2022. Prior to this role, Noor Fara held the position of Director of Regional Talent Acquisition at CIMB, where expertise was demonstrated in onboarding frameworks and talent acquisition initiatives. Significant experience was also gained at HSBC, leading efforts in resourcing and onboarding, and earlier roles at Sime Darby Berhad and Bank Negara Malaysia contributed to a strong foundation in human resources. Noor Fara's educational background includes a BBA (Hons) in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Public Administration, both obtained from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
