Michel Corpataux has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Michel started their career in 1985 as an Administrative Officer at the Swiss Federal Tax Administration. Michel then worked as an Accountant at an International Company from 1987 to 1990, where they handled accounts receivables/payables, general accounts, and reconciliations.

Michel also had administrative responsibilities related to Pension Funds and served as a member of the Foundation Pension Funds Board.
Most recently, Michel worked at UEFA from 2015 to the present. Michel began as an HR Analyst & Payroll Manager and later transitioned to the role of Senior HR Analyst & Payroll Expert. In both roles, they had full responsibility for managing payroll, social insurances, tax, and time management for staff. Michel also handled administrative operations related to social insurances and pension funds, and maintained direct relations with various providers.

Michel Corpataux started their education at EPC in Fribourg from 1981 to 1984, where they received the Award of Federal Capacity Certificate as a commercial employee in management. During this time, they studied Accounting, Management, and Computer Sciences. In 1989, they attended SSEC in Fribourg and completed their studies in 1993, earning a Federal Certificate of Accountant. In 2011, Michel enrolled at Romandie Formation in Lausanne and completed their studies in 2014. Michel obtained a Federal Certificate of Specialist in Social Insurances, focusing on this field of study.
