Keith Dalton has a diverse work experience that started in 2001. Keith worked for Swissquote as a Junior Account Manager, where they coordinated website development with clients for the Marvel Communications branch. In 2001, they also joined UEFA as a Senior Match Operations Manager. Over the years, they progressed to become the Head of Football Operations and eventually the Chief of Football Operations, a position they currently hold.

Keith Dalton completed a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science at the University of Leeds from 1995 to 1998. Keith then pursued a Master's Degree in Environmental Management at EPFL from 1999 to 2000. Later, they obtained another Master's Degree in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management from the University of Leicester from 2011 to 2013.
