Kayleigh Grieve has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the sports and entertainment industry. Kayleigh served as the Senior Manager in the UEFA Marketing Team, with a focus on the marketing and sponsorship of women's football. In this role, they developed and delivered a successful sponsorship marketing program and achieved revenue targets. Prior to UEFA, Kayleigh worked at Dog Digital, where they held the position of Head of Sport and Entertainment, as well as Account Director. Kayleigh also worked for the Scottish Football Association as the Head of Digital Media and Communications/PR Executive. Kayleigh's early career involved roles at Partick Thistle Football Club, Celtic Football Club, Glasgow City Football Club, and Glasgow Life, where they held various coaching and player positions. Additionally, they worked as a Video journalist and co-commentator for BBC Scotland. Kayleigh's experience also includes a role as a Board Member and Trustee at Scottish Women in Sport, and they served as the Camp Director/Coach at AYSO.
Kayleigh Grieve began their education at the University of the West of Scotland in 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Media. Kayleigh completed their degree with distinction in 2008. Following this, from 2008 to 2009, they furthered their education at the same institution and obtained a Post Graduate degree with distinction in Broadcast Journalism.
