Frank K. Ludolph

UEFA Technical Advisor at UEFA

Frank K. Ludolph has extensive work experience in the field of football education and technical development. Frank K. began their career in 1991 at the Deutscher Fussball-Bund DFB / German Football Association, where they held the role of Coach Education Manager / International relations until 1997. In 1997, they joined UEFA as the Section Manager Coach Education and later became the Technical Education Manager from 1999 to 2003. From 2004 to 2020, Ludolph served as the Head of Football Education Services at UEFA. In November 2020, they transitioned to their current role as the Head of Technical Development at UEFA.

Frank K. Ludolph holds a DEA / Post graduate certificate and a doctoral thesis in Lettres Modernes (Modern Literature/Arts) from the Université de Tours. Frank K. also has a Staatsexamen in Lehramt Französisch/Sport (Secondary School Teacher Degree: French and Physical Education) from Ruhr University Bochum. In addition, they have a Master's degree in Romance Languages and Literature, also from Ruhr University Bochum.
