Cédric Widmer

HR Business Partner at UEFA

Cédric Widmer has work experience in various roles and companies. Cédric started their career at Swisscom in 2008 as an Apprentice Employee of Commerce and worked there until 2011. In 2013, they joined PREFERENCES SA as a Junior Consultant and later worked as an Intern in Human Resources. From 2015 to the present, Cédric has been working at UEFA, initially as a Recruitment Assistant, then as an HR Specialist, and currently as an HR Business Partner. In their current role, they support various business functions and is responsible for developing UEFA's Talent Acquisition strategy and working on HR projects.

Cédric Widmer completed their education starting from 2008 to 2011 at CEPV, where they pursued an apprenticeship in commerce and obtained a Certificat Fédéral de Capacité (CFC). Later, from 2011 to 2012, they continued their education at CEPV and completed their Maturité Professionnelle Commerciale.

In addition to their formal education, Cédric Widmer obtained certifications related to human resources. In 2015, they obtained a Certificat d'assistant en gestion du personnel from HRSE. Subsequently, in 2019, they also earned a Brevet of HR Specialist from Human Resources Swiss Exams HRSE.
