Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on offering organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, nutritional consultancy, and teaching at a vocational training school, covering topics such as applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
