Josh Lichti has worked in the technology industry since 2005. Josh began their career as a Software Engineering Intern at Rockwell Collins in 2005, where they were initially brought on to help with test case execution and eventually taught himself PERL and automated the test execution. In 2006, they worked as a Server Firmware Test Co-op at IBM, where they were responsible for executing and monitoring tests and keeping servers configurations up to date. Josh also proposed and developed a PHP/db2/AJAX application for monitoring real-time server status and creating daily test plans. In 2007, they were an Engineering Intern at Caterpillar Inc., where they analyzed and reorganized snow groomer cab electrical system and authored electrical wiring test plan. Josh also developed sensor and network test software to validate electrical system and log diagnostics. In 2008, they became a Manager at Accenture. In 2014, they co-founded the Top Disc Golf Mobile App on iOS and Android, UDisc, and was involved with all aspects of the fast-growing business. Josh also redesigned and developed the UDisc iOS App.
Josh Lichti attended Iowa State University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a BS Summa Cum Laude in Computer Engineering.
