Emre KARA is a highly skilled engineer specializing in computer vision and machine learning, currently serving as a Senior Computer Vision Engineer at Edge Signal since August 2024. Previously, Emre worked at REM Vision Lab as a Computer Vision Engineer, focusing on state-of-the-art object detection, MLOps product development, and data preparation pipelines. Emre has also held roles as a Data Analyst at Sade Yazılım ve Danışmanlık, developing analytical models and research in recommendation systems, and as a Computer Vision Engineer at HRD Antwerp, developing image processing software for kiosk devices. Early career experiences include internships at Tuvis, Kocaeli University's Artificial Intelligence Lab, and Embedded Software Lab, contributing to various machine learning and image processing projects. Emre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kocaeli University and is pursuing a Master's in Engineering in Computer Engineering at Istanbul Technical University.
