Che Heron holds extensive experience in security management and organizational roles, currently serving as Organization Manager at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland since October 2022. Che has also been an Executive Protection and Sales representative at Birds Eye Enterprises since June 2020, as well as a Board Member and Fair Safety Coordinator for the Castro Street Fair since 2004. Previous roles include Site Lead for Concentric Advisors during the Covid-19 pandemic and Case Manager/Investigator at Colorado Legal Defense Group. Che's law enforcement background includes serving as Acting Lieutenant and Police Sergeant at UCSF Police and as an Investigator with the San Francisco District Attorney's Office and Sheriff's Department. Che's educational credentials include a certificate in Hostage Negotiation and various law enforcement-related qualifications.
