Heather Heath is an experienced professional in business management and development with a strong background in finance and human resources. Currently serving as Business Director and Business Manager at Ucross since May 2022, Heather is responsible for key financial operations, employee benefits administration, and HR support. Previous roles include Development Associate at The Walt Disney Company and independent contractor with the Wyoming Afterschool Alliance, where Heather focused on entrepreneurship in education and project development. Additional experience spans mentoring young entrepreneurs through the VentureLab Spark Program, generating educational content for IMPACT 307, and providing customer service and accounting support at various organizations. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with honors, from the University of Wyoming, and has also completed a semester abroad at EM Strasbourg Business School.
